Our Mission

Our mission is to help ESOP companies strategically manage excess cash and repurchase obligations. We work, typically with mature, employee-owned companies to craft disciplined funding and investment strategies that coordinate asset allocation with repurchase obligations, capital requirements and cash flow dynamics, enabling companies to strengthen their balance sheet while building the financial flexibility to navigate uncertainty and pursue their growth strategy.

We analyze each company’s unique liquidity needs, stress-test different scenarios and build customized investment strategies designed to strengthen the balance sheet while building the financial flexibility to navigate uncertainty and pursue growth. In the ESOP space, many service providers address only pieces of the broader picture. We take those pieces and bring them together into a defined strategy focused on the longevity and sustainability of the Business and ESOP.

What sets us apart is our singular focus. We work specifically with ESOPs on excess cash management—not on 1042 transactions or ESOP formation. Most advisors, primary business is working with individuals and don’t fully understand ESOPs and how they work. We do. We understand the ins and outs, speak the language of the ESOP community and are activity involved in The ESOP Association, NCEO, and ESCA.

Our team is structured to serve clients from beginning to end. As financial advisors, we are involved from business development through client service, supported by our assistant, Shannon, so clients can rely on any one of us at any time.
