I have been in the financial services industry for 20+ years. As a trusted advisor, I provide wealth management services for high net worth individuals and non-profit clients. I provide customized strategies that are designed to preserve wealth, transition assets to heirs and assist in the potential exit of a privately held business. I also advise non-profit clients on investments options, asset allocation, fiduciary responsibility and board governance. I advise active/retired real estate investors, entrepreneurs, and private equity investors. I also specialize in labor organizations, private schools, foundations and trade organizations. Prior to establishing my wealth management practice, I had a successful career as a Commercial Banking Executive, most recently as Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking for Citizens Business Bank, headquartered in California. In addition to wealth management services, I draw on my 15+ years of banking experience to help clients with financing needs; private banking needs, business lending and investment real estate financing through City National Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of RBC.
I graduated from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelors in Political Science. I am also a graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington where I completed a masters-level Bank Management Program for Senior Executives in the banking industry. I graduated with honors and work cited. I have the Series 7 and 66 exams along with holding a CA Insurance Life & Health License. I reside in Encino, CA with my wife and two children. In my spare time, I coach my son’s competitive robotics team and enjoy traveling with my family.
