As a pupil of value investing, Brian Keenan is continually focused on finding attractive investment opportunities in the US equity and fixed income markets.

Brian began his career in 2004 as an investment associate at Bear Stearns on a team dedicated to equity research and trading for Institutional Investors and Investment partnerships. He has passed the Series 7 and 66 exams and has more than 14 years’ experience advising families across multiple asset classes including: equity, options, municipal, and corporate high yield debt markets.

In December of 2018, Brian was appointed the title of First Vice President at RBC. Brian studied finance at Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business earning a degree as a Bachelor in Business Administration. Brian proudly serves on the Finance Committee of John Jay Cooperative in New York City.

Brian was born in and raised in Port Washington, NY. After undergraduate business studies, Brian moved to the Upper East Side of New York City where he resides with his wife, Jenna. In his free time, Brian enjoys golf and sampling new restaurants in NYC.

Bill’s experience in the financial industry spans more than 15 years. His tenure as a financial advisor began at Wachovia Securities where he proved to be an asset through his blend of professional investment advice and customized service. In 2009, Bill was recruited to join the Wealth Management Team at Royal Bank of Canada. Over the past ten years, Bill has excelled in assisting his institutional and high-net-worth clients by defining clear investment objectives and implementing them in a tailored strategy.

In 2017 Bill was promoted from Vice President to First Vice President. He continues to provide his clients with the highest caliber of proficient and personal service. He emphasizes collaborative work with clients’ trusted attorneys, tax and professional advisors to more deeply understand each unique situation and therefore build, implement and monitor a cohesive financial plan. Bill has passed the Series 3, 7, 31, and 66 exams and holds the New York State Life, Health and Insurance licenses.

Bill graduated from Muhlenberg College in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business. He and his wife welcomed their first child in June, 2018. In his free time, Bill enjoys playing golf, fishing, traveling and is a sports enthusiast. He has been treasurer of his residential cooperative board in Manhattan since 2012.
