Randy graduated from Washington & Lee University in 1968 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. He began his career in the financial industry in 1975 at Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc., now RBC Wealth Management, where he served on the board of directors. Randy is a member of the firm’s Chairman’s Council, an honor bestowed on the top 150 RBC Wealth Management financial advisors. His outside financial experience includes service for twelve years on the board of trustees of St. Andrew’s School where he chaired the development committee and served on the finance/investment committee. In addition, he served for fifteen years as the President of the Maryland SPCA and is currently a member of the Notre Dame Preparatory School Board of Trustees.
Randy was born and raised in Baltimore where he presently lives with his wife, Hillary, and two children, Davis and Katy. He is very active, having participated in many marathons and triathlons plus biking across America three times.
