Molly brings more than two decades of experience to her work as a wealth advisor and has always been driven by the belief that thoughtful guidance can help people make confident decisions and create lasting impact for their families, organizations, and communities.
Molly joined RBC Wealth Management in 2026, bringing with her a depth of trust, and wealth management experience built over a career that started in 2003. Her extensive background serving individuals, families, trusts, foundations, endowments, and nonprofit organizations has given her a perspective on the complex financial, investment, and legacy planning decision client face. She works closely with clients to help build, protect, and transition wealth while aligning financial resources with long-term goals and mission- driven objectives.
At the heart of Molly’s practice is a simple but powerful mission: to understand your story. She works with clients to build generational relationships grounded in integrity and trust by combining institutional-quality insight with deeply personal service that empowers confident financial decisions. For Molly, meaningful guidance starts with listening and getting to know not just your assets, but your values, your long-term vision, and the legacy you want to leave behind.
She’s especially passionate about client education. Molly wants every person she works with to feel genuinely confident, not just informed, when making decisions that matter. Whether navigating estate planning complexities, thinking through wealth transfer strategies, or simply working through the options, she’s there to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Her credentials reflect both the breadth and depth of that expertise. Molly holds a Bachelor of Arts from Carthage College. She also holds the Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), and Certified Wealth Strategist (CWS®),designations.
Beyond her practice, Molly is an active contributor to the Appleton community. She volunteers with the Appleton Education Foundation, where her focus is on strengthening and enhancing educational opportunities for the next generation, a cause that means a great deal to her as a parent of four.
Away from the office, life is full and joyful. Molly and her husband have been married for 22 years and are proud parents to two daughters (ages 16 and 15) and two sons (ages 13 and 11). Three of her kids are deeply involved in sports, and you’ll often find Molly cheering from the bleachers at basketball games and softball fields. Her 15-year-old daughter is musically gifted, and Molly loves attending her performances from piano and guitar to singing. An avid reader always chasing the next thing to learn, Molly’s favorite place to recharge is the mountains of Montana, where family time and wide-open spaces have a way of bringing everything back into perspective. She also volunteers regularly in her children’s schools, staying closely connected to the community she’s proud to call home.
