Kaitlyn started her career in the
financial services industry in 2024 as
a marketing intern at North American
Banking Company. She joined RBC
Wealth Management in 2025, where
she initially interned in marketing
and analytics roles. A passion for
finance led Kaitlyn to transition into
a finance internship during her final
semester of college, and she was
hired as a client associate upon
graduation. In her current role, she supports financial
advisors and clients with daily administrative needs,
business operations and client onboarding. Her
background in marketing and analytics brings a distinctive
perspective to client-facing finance work, enabling her to
streamline processes, communicate complex information
clearly and enhance the overall client experience.

Upon graduating from Mounds View High School, she
earned her Bachelor of Science in business from the
Carlson School of Management at the University of
Minnesota, with a major in marketing and a minor in
business analytics. During her time at the University
of Minnesota, Kaitlyn served as vice president of the
Student Marketing Association for three years, a volunteer
with local organizations, a member of the YoungLife
organization, an active sorority member, and she worked
as a digital marketing student assistant for the Carlson
School’s MBA and master’s programs. While balancing
all these commitments, she was named to the Dean’s List
six times.

In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys traveling, golfing, downhill
skiing and surfing. She spends quality time with family and
friends and shares a love of the outdoors with her mini
golden retriever.
