I started my career in the financial services industry at RBC Wealth Management in 1998 and stayed with the firm because I have the privilege to work side-by-side with my client families and help them realize their financial hopes and dreams. To help them achieve these goals, I pursued the Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation® and passed the Series 7 and 66 exams.
My mission is to help my clients experience financial peace of mind. My team works every day with families, corporations and nonprofits, helping them set and achieve their financial goals. By obtaining a deep understanding of the complexities of my clients’ financial pictures, I leverage RBC Wealth Management’s world-class capabilities to tailor a strategy to help meet all their individual needs. This process includes identifying who the client is as an investor and their goals, and then creating a plan to help the client achieve them.
I graduated from Edina High School in 1991, followed by a post graduate year at Choate Rosemary Hall. In 1996 I earned my undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After college, I spent two years in Vail, Colorado, working at Christy Sports. In 1998, I returned to Minnesota to work as a financial advisor at RBC Wealth Management.
Outside of the office, I love playing golf, coaching hockey and spending time with my family. I live in Edina with my wife, Angie, and our four daughters: Ellie, Lucy, Skylar and Brooke.
