Advisors Diane White (not pictured), Pete Kline, and Joe Marek recently helped sponsor the annual CRMC charity golf tournament. This year’s tournament raised $108,000 to support the Behavioral Health services at CRMC.

Team RBC Supports CRMC

The Cheyenne Branch of RBC was the presenting sponsor for the Cheyenne Regional Medical Center Foundation annual charity golf tournament. Despite the chilly temps (40 degrees) the tournament raised over $50,000 for the renovation of Cheyenne Regional’s Behavioral Health Unit. The RBC Men’s team got 4th place!

RBC Sponsors Burns Day

RBC advisors Joe Marek and Pete Kline recently sponsored Burns Day, a local event run by the Burns Lions Club to revive pride and enjoyment in the local community. Joe and Pete entered Joe’s restored 1946 Willys Jeep in the parade and the car show.

Cheyenne Branch helps Friday Foodbag

Recently the Cheyenne branch completed a service project with Friday Foodbag. Friday Foodbag is a local non-profit that helps provide bags of food for kids that may not eat well – or at all – after school and on the weekends. The Cheyenne branch helped stuff over 1,000 bags.

K9s 4 Mobility Puppy Sponsorship

With the help of the RBC Foundation’s gift match program, Advisor Pete Kline recently sponsored a puppy for K9s 4 Mobility.  K9s 4 Mobility is a local nonprofit dedicated to enriching the lives of others thorough the training, placement, and support of assistance dog partnerships.  Leo, named after the RBC lion, will be trained as an assistance dog.

Larry and Patty Walters Honored by LCCC

Recently RBC Advisor Larry Walters and his wife, Patty, were honored by LCCC for their generous contributions to the Athletic Scholarship Fund as well as the Ludden Library.

Bryan and Sara Pedersen host a Chinese Cultural Night

RBC Advisor Bryan Pedersen and his wife, Sara, hosted a Chinese Cultural Night to celebrate the diversity of their family and the lunar new year. Sara and Bryan have four children, Brock, Dane, Ea and Brant. Ea and Brant are both adopted from China and the family loves to celebrate their culture. The Pedersen's have held the festival for 6 years and have hosted over 170 people at each event to celebrate their children, Asian culture and adoption.

Bryan and Sara Pedersen host Ballet Wyoming fundraiser

RBC Advisor Bryan Pedersen and his wife, Sara, recently hosted a fundraiser for Ballet Wyoming and their production of “Dracula”. Ballet Wyoming is the first ballet company to reside in the state of Wyoming.  The not-for-profit company is a fresh and innovative professional ensemble focused on featuring local dancers.  Through Bryan and Sara’s help, they were able to raise $10,000 for the production.
