Chris began his financial services career in 1985 with the Irving Trust Company. Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management in 2004, he was a financial advisor with Morgan Stanley. Chris graduated from Pace University in 1986 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance. He is also a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University’s College of Financial Planning. Chris obtained his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2004. He is also a graduate of the Estate and Wealth Management Institute at Michigan State University, where he earned the Accredited Wealth Managers designation in 2006. More recently, Chris earned his Portfolio Manager – Portfolio Focus designation in 2019.

These certifications and designations enable Chris to assist his clients in all facets of wealth management. Chris has passed the Series 7, 31, 63 and 65 exams. In addition, he is licensed to provide life and long-term care insurance.


Chris resides in Brick, New Jersey with his two children, Christopher and Danielle. He previously served on the Howell Township Planning Board as the chairman. He is also a past member of the Township’s Land Preservation Taskforce. Chris is the former president of the Howell Optimist Club where he is still active. He is also the past president of the International Management Council, Raritan Chapter.

Chris currently serves on the developmental committee for Mercy Center/Sisters Academy in Asbury Park. He is also an assistant scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 258 Howell. Chris is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys coaching and mentoring young men.

Gina Kletter

Gina joined RBC Wealth Management in 2015 as an investment associate. Prior to joining the firm, Gina was a senior registered client service associate and portfolio associate at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in Red Bank, New Jersey. She completed Morgan Stanley’s world class service program for client service associates in 2008 and achieved an ACE award in 2009 for exceptional service.

Gina’s studies were concentrated in business and she attended the Academy of Finance Alliance program through Baruch College. Upon graduation, she transitioned to St. John’s University and majored in finance. She began her financial career in 1986 as a broker assistant on the intermediate bond desk at Cantor Fitzgerald, and she credits much of her success to being immediately immersed in a challenging and fast-paced environment on the trading floor. In 1990, Gina transitioned to the retail side of the business at Shearson Lehman Hutton. After staying home to raise her three children, she resumed full-time employment with UBS in 2004. Gina has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, has passed the Series 7 and 66 exams and holds a New Jersey life insurance license.

Gina is an active volunteer with the CFC Loud N Clear Foundation, supporting addiction and recovery programs, and Hope for Animals Rescue Group, fostering and rehabilitating animals for adoption. She also leads RBC Wealth Management volunteer efforts and was nominated for the Dick McFarland Volunteer of the Year award in 2019. She has also supported Parents of Preemies and Mothers of Multiples organizations.

Gina enjoys faux painting, skiing and attending concerts. She is a proud mother to Farleigh Dickinson, Johnson & Wales and Southern New Hampshire University graduates.
