Assistant Complex Managers

The assistant complex managers are responsible for supervising the daily business activities performed by financial advisors and support staff in all branches in the complex, with the exception of those handled by the complex’s branch directors. In performing such supervision, they are expected to use all available tools and resources to ensure that regulatory, firm, complex and branch procedures are adhered to, and that any issues or concerns are resolved in a timely, efficient and appropriate manner.

Administrative Complex Managers

The administrative complex managers oversee the operations of the complex and manage the support staff for all branches in the complex. Ensuring that all complex and branch operational policies and procedures are adhered to and exceptional levels of service are provided to clients, they also assist the complex director with budget and expense control and other administrative duties as requested.

Audrey Porritt – Sr. Training Consultant

Audrey joined the training team in May of 2017 and is based from our Denver branch. She was previously Service Quality Manager within our RBC Infrastructure supporting our field and acting as a Technical Project Manager. Previous to working at RBC, Audrey held various roles in event management, communications, and coordination. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English Writing and Spanish from DePauw University and holds the following certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and ITIL Foundations. She has also passed the Series 7 exam.
