Don graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 1979 with majors in finance and international trade. He entered the securities industry in 1983 and began managing discretionary investment portfolios in 1996. In 2012, Don earned the CPM (Certified Portfolio Manager) designation through Columbia University. Today, he manages over $100 million for clients, with an emphasis on income and conservative growth. He has several securities licenses and is the author of “Irrational Markets and the Illusion of Prosperity,” published in 2001.
Outside the office, Don's interests are varied and include golf, tennis, cooking, wine, travel and reading historical fiction, in addition to spending time with family and friends.
