Ayesha leads the District Capital group, a multi-generational, all-women advisory team built on a shared commitment to delivering exceptional client service and fostering the next generation of female leaders in financial services. Passionate about creating opportunities for women in the industry, she has intentionally cultivated a team environment that emphasizes mentorship, professional development, and collaboration. Her mission is not only to help clients achieve their financial goals, but also to encourage and support more women pursuing successful careers in wealth management.
Ayesha joined RBC Wealth Management in 2012 from Morgan Stanley. She began her career at Merrill Lynch Private Client Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from St. Joseph’s College for Women in Karachi, Pakistan, and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School, which included advanced graduate-level studies in business and finance.
In addition to her Wealth Management practice, Ayesha works closely with RBC’s investment banking, lending, and corporate executive services teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients. She has facilitated numerous referrals to RBC Capital Markets and Corporate Executive Services, helping clients access specialized expertise for liquidity events, business transitions, executive compensation planning, and capital markets opportunities.
Ayesha has been recognized by Forbes as a 2025 Best-in-State Wealth Advisor and as part of a 2025 Best-in-State Wealth Management Team, reflecting her dedication to client service, leadership, and excellence within the industry. She is a member of RBC Wealth Management’s Premier Council. She is also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ professional.
Outside of the office, Ayesha enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with family and friends, and getting involved in charitable and community initiatives. She serves on the board of the Alzheimer's Association, reflecting her commitment to community service and philanthropy.
