I began my career in the financial services industry in 2000 and specialize in helping my clients with retirement planning and by creating comprehensive wealth management plans. I have passed the Series 3, 7, 31 and 66 exams. After completing the required coursework at the College of Financial Planning, I received my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate. The multi-year CFP® program entails in-depth courses, training, and comprehensive examinations in all areas of financial planning including investments, taxes, insurance, estate, and retirement planning.
I graduated from Pepperdine University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry and later received a master’s degree in chemical engineering from Montana State University.
My current passions involve golf, health, and fitness. Though it is a relatively new sport obstacle course racing has dominated my 2019 schedule. The goal for the year was to run 5 Spartan trifectas and qualify for the North American Championships in Fayettville, West Virginia. I actually placed high enough at the Championships to now head to the World Spartan finals in Lake Tahoe, CA.
