Eric oversees discretionary trading and is the primary lead on our retirement and estate planning tool, RBC WealthPlan. He heads the group’s technology and investment research for strategic and tactical asset allocation. He is responsible for the team’s business planning, short/long-term goals, client service, acquisition and retention. To provide an experience for our clients, he believes the Financial Strategies Group’s business must provide solid structure and sustainability. Eric also focuses the group’s charitable efforts within the community.
Prior to RBC Wealth Management, Eric worked in television production in Manhattan, predominantly covering the New York Mets, as well as the New York Jets. He joined RBC Wealth Management in the fall of 2012. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a bachelor’s degree in electronic filmmaking and digital video design.
He attended Wroxton College in Oxfordshire, England, where he won the prestigious Banbury Award Scholarship for highest GPA. He received the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation in January of 2016.
Eric grew up in New Jersey and currently lives in Pittsford with his wife, Caterina, whom he met while studying in England. They have three boys, Cain, Max, and Dean. Eric and his family are members at Monroe Golf Club here in Rochester and enjoys playing golf, fishing, boating and coaching his sons’ Rochester Rush travel soccer team.
