Understanding why you are here
At Gallantry Wealth Group, every relationship begins with understanding why you are here; not just what you have. This meeting is an opportunity for you to share the most important part of our relationship: your story.
We take the time to listen before we ever recommend anything. Recognizing meaningful advice starts with knowing what truly matters to you, your family and your future.
Additionally at the discovery meeting we can discuss:
- Things that will help shape your plan: business, accounts, real property, collectibles, cars, jewelry, art, boats etc.
- People that impact your life: family, friends, clients, colleagues, advisors, mentors, clergy etc.
- Ideas that inspire or concern you: opportunities, risks, fears, challenges, legacy, goals, values etc.
- Activities that you enjoy: professional, community, charity, hobbies, leisure, travel, political, spiritual etc.
How to prepare
Bring anything that helps you express your current situation and your vision for the future.
- Statements for existing accounts / policies or rough estimates.
- Any recent financial goals, budgets or business plans.
- Most importantly — your questions, concerns and aspirations.
What happens next
After the discovery meeting, we'll reflect on your story and draft a customized WealthPlan and summary. We'll identify key priorities and potential next steps. If you choose to move forward, our next session transitions into the strategy meeting which can be one or more meetings where we begin structuring your personalized plan.
