Holly graduated from Western Illinois University with a Board of Governers Bachelor's degree and a concentration in Business Administration. She began her career at RBC Wealth Management in 2000 as a Registered Client Associate, and has also served as the Branch Service Manager for the Davenport branch. Over the past 17 years, her roles and responsibilities have evolved away from the management and compliance end of the spectrum, into direct client relationships and comprehensive wealth management planning. She currently holds the Series 7, Series 66, Series 9, Series 10, and Insurance Licenses. She has a passion for helping her clients understand and embrace the process of financial planning, helping them reach their financial goals and dreams.

Holly lives in Bettendorf with her husband, Dan, and their two daughters Morgan and Mackenzie. She is a big sports fan, and spends her free time following various teams and playing golf. She is also active in her community as a member of the Quad City Singers, and the Psi Beta parents club treasurer for the Chi Omega sorority.
