Qualifications
I received his Bachelor of Science degree in civil and environmental engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles. Upon graduation, I joined the leveraged finance division of Scotia Capital, Inc. where I assisted in developing sophisticated finance arrangements for corporate debt restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. With a longing to work on sustainability-related issues, I returned to school to receive his Master’s degree in environmental science and management from the Donald Bren School of Environmental Science & Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara. I now apply my passion for animal welfare and sustainability with this financial acumen to empower clients to achieve financial goals while positively impacting social change.
In addition to my professional activities, I sat on the board of directors for Urban Releaf, a youth-based organization whose goals are beautification and tree planting in low-income communities, and The Green Chamber of Commerce, a business advocacy group that helps its constituents tackle sustainability issues.
