Ryan has been in the financial industry since 2009, after graduating from Taylor University with a Bachelor of Science in finance and a minor in economics. It was in college that he discovered an intrinsic desire to use his education and creative problem solving to help people by identifying personalized solutions for their complex needs.
He takes a thorough, hands-on approach to fully understanding each client’s financial profile and objectives. Drawing on his educational background and creativity, he identifies both traditional and alternative investment strategies with strong risk-to-reward characteristics that are also tax-considerate.
He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designations, passed the Series 7, 63, and 65 exams, and carries life and health insurance licenses. He is committed to applying investment and financial planning principles across multiple disciplines. He and his team have earned national recognition for their work. The Kieckhaefer Wealth Management Group was named a NAPA Top DC Advisor Team in 2022, 2024, 2025 and 2026, and Ryan was named to the Forbes Top Next-Gen Wealth Advisors Best-In-State list in 2024, 2025 and most recently in 2026.
Ryan and his wife, Lauren, reside in Wales, Wisconsin, with their three children—Nolan, Rhys and Isla—and golden retriever. His personal interests include the Milwaukee Bucks, golf, coffee, cars, traveling, running, indie rock and Milwaukee’s restaurant scene
