Qualifications
I passed the Series 7 securities exam while working at Independence One brokerage, a subsidiary of Michigan National Bank. I subsequently worked for regional firms, and came to RBC Wealth Management through the acquisition of Ferris, Baker Watts in 2009. I also passed the Series 9, 10, 31, 63 and 65 securities exams, and was awarded the Advanced Wealth Manager (AWM) professional designation by RBC Wealth Management.
Education background
I graduated from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance.
Personal
I am a native of the Detroit area, having lived in the region my entire life. My wife and I are involved with Soar Detroit tutoring program for children. I enjoy skiing and travel.
