Qualifications
I have spent nearly four decades in the financial services industry. I joined RBC Wealth Management in early 2013 to have access to the global resources of RBC and to work with trusted internal and external partners in order to expand investment opportunities for clients.
I graduated from Duquesne University in 1976, having earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with concentrations in Finance and Economics. I currently hold Series 7, 63 and 65 investment registrations as well as insurance licenses.
After completing the required coursework at the College of Financial Planning, I received my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate. The multi-year CFP® program entails in-depth courses, training and comprehensive examinations in all areas of financial planning including investments, taxes, insurance, estate and retirement planning.
My practice
I help to create financial security and peace of mind for individuals, families and businesses by providing a high level of service that meets, and often exceeds, their expectations. Investors benefit from my customized approach to managing their wealth through the use of strategic asset allocation, a strategy that encompasses a broadly diversified portfolio of stocks, bonds, cash and other securities. I closely monitor market and economic events to identify investment opportunities with your needs in mind. Tactical managers or funds are sometimes used to help take advantage of market conditions, while keeping your current and long-term financial goals at the core of each investment decision.
