Qualifications, professional history and community
I have been in the financial services industry since 1991. I have passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 security exams and I am a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®). Before joining RBC Wealth Management, I spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch.
I am a 1988 graduate of Butler University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. I am involved in a number of community and church activities, most notably as a past two-time campaign chairman for the United Way of Hamilton County. I have also been a board member of the United Way of Central Indiana.
I was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana. My wife, Jennifer, and I have been married for 27 years. We met while attending Butler University and now reside in Carmel, Indiana, with our four children and yellow Labrador retriever, Ginger. In my free time, I enjoy attending and coaching my children’s sporting and school activities. I am active in our church, St. Maria Goretti in Westfield, Indiana. I am a lifelong Chicago Bears fan and enjoy following them, along with the Butler Bulldogs, Chicago Blackhawks and Chicago White Sox. If there is any time left over, I enjoy exercising and golfing.
