Stacie Weiner

Vice President - Financial Advisor

I have 34 years in the financial services industry, and I am currently a Vice President and Financial Advisor with RBC Wealth Management in the Great Barrington, Massachusetts office. I work with individuals, business owners, and not-for-profits on asset management and retirement planning, and providing investment strategies for their individual needs, including charitable giving. I work closely with accountants, and trust and estate attorneys to help ensure my clients receive the most suitable advice.

I launched my finance career in 1979 as Assistant Vice President at Citibank in New York City, where I specialized in commercial lending. In 1985, I joined Chemical Bank (now JP Morgan Chase) as a Vice President of a lending team. My team focused on working with New York City law and accounting firms. While at Chemical Bank I helped manage the accounts of some of the most prominent firms in New York City. In 1991, I decided to join US Trust as a Private Banker, where I was responsible for handling the companies larger will appointments and high net worth solutions.

I joined Merrill Lynch in 1995, where I provided investment strategies and brokerage services to individuals and small businesses. Three years later, I relocated to Connecticut and joined A.G. Edwards and Sons as a Vice President and Financial Consultant. Here, I broadened my responsibilities by providing a full range of investment advisory services and products to individuals, business owners and not-for-profit organizations. In 2010, I joined the highly respected asset management firm of RBC Wealth Management.

I am fully licensed in brokerage, annuity and insurance products, holding the Series 7, 63 and 65 security licenses, and Health/Accident/Disability/Life insurance licenses.

After completing the required coursework at the College of Financial Planning, I received my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate. The multi-year CFP® program entails in-depth courses, training, and comprehensive examinations in all areas of financial planning including investments, taxes, insurance, estate, and retirement planning.

I currently serve on the Investment Advisory Board of the Community Foundation of Northwest Connecticut. I am also a member of the Board of Directors of the Connecticut Estate and Tax Planning Council and serve as the group’s President. Other memberships include the Northwest Chamber of Commerce and Tri-State Chamber of Commerce.
