John joined RBC Wealth Management in 2021. He began his career in the financial services industry in 2010 at Citigroup, as an intern in the corporate reporting department, and later moved to Barclays as an intern in sales and trading. In 2013, he moved to Merrill Lynch Wealth Management where he used his analytical and interpersonal skills to assist clients with their everyday needs. Often the first point of contact, John is easy to talk to and a good listener, and he helps clients resolve day-to-day issues as they arise.
John is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a certification awarded by the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. He also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation and the Accredited Wealth Management AdvisorSM (AWMA®) designation, has passed the Series 7 and 66 FINRA exams, and holds insurance licenses. John earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting with a minor in mathematics from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
