Kevin has been a Financial Advisor since 1991 when he started with Piper Jaffray & Hopwood. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of North Dakota in 1990, before earning his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Notre Dame in 2004.
Professional Designation
Kevin earned the right to use the prestigious Charter Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in September, 2000. To become a CFA charter holder, he completed three years of industry study and passed three very rigorous exams showing proficiency in Ethics, Quantitative Methods, Economics, Financial Reporting and Analysis, Securities Analysis, and Portfolio Management.
Personal
Kevin lives in Inver Grove Heights, MN with his wife, Sarah. Sarah is a high school special education teacher at Rosemount High School. Together they have three adult children, Alexa, Abby, and Charlie. Alexa is a technology consultant in Chicago, IL. Abby, like Sarah, is a special education teacher at Rosemount High School. Abby was married to her husband, Zach, in December of 2021. Together Abby and Zach have a Poodle, Winston. Charlie works and lives in Rosemount with his girlfriend, Kiana, and their Black Lab, Milo.
Kevin stays active playing softball, golf and hockey, as well as hunting, fishing. Kevin loves spending time training his Labrador Retriever, Zep.
