Ben works closely with third party providers to bring complete retirement plan solutions to employers and participants. For individuals, he helps clients define a road map to retirement by providing guidance and advice on pre- and post-retirement needs and goals. Through our team’s process, Ben helps clients identify their retirement needs, navigate Social Security and Medicare strategies, coordinate their estate plan, analyze insurance needs and put together an investment strategy designed to meet and achieve the client’s long-term financial and personal goals.
Ben also graduated from the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®) program held at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. This enables him to help business owners plan for the future of their business and bring strategies to build and create value. Through our strict process, Ben helps business owners understand the strengths and weaknesses of their current business, implement strategies to improve or “de-risk” the company, advise and coordinate benefits to attract and retain high-quality employees, and create and implement a plan to ultimately grow or sell the business. We have advised clients ranging from small family businesses to upper middle market corporations.
