Since the spring of 2000, I have been helping people develop smart, conservative investment strategies. As a CFP®, I have worked with people from all backgrounds, income levels, and in all stages of their wealth management planning roadmap.
I attended John Carroll high school in Harford County, Maryland. I went on to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where I earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School. Throughout my career, I have obtained various financial securities certifications and hold the Series 7 and 66 registrations, as well as the Life and Health Insurance license.
After completing the extensive curriculum in spring of 2007, I earned the CFP® designation. CFPs are dedicated to the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards, and, through the intensive requirements, gain a greater understanding of risk management techniques, as well as insurance, tax, estate, investment and retirement planning. These topics of study allow CFPs to enhance their client relationships and develop comprehensive results.
A life-long Maryland resident, I currently live in Phoenix, Maryland with my wife, Jamie, a former elementary school teacher. When I am not spending time with my beautiful children, Alex, Isabella, and Zachary, I can be found cooking, golfing, or mountain biking. I enjoy being active within the community and volunteering for the Carroll Manor Recreation Council assisting with all my kids' sports. I have also had the opportunity to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, the Special Olympics, and the Blue Water Project.
