Andy began his investment career at Merrill Lynch in Colorado. His focus includes fundamental investment selection and planning, leading him to complete his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2006. CFP® professionals are dedicated to the highest level of service and ethical standards, and, through the intensive program requirements, gain a greater understanding of risk management techniques, as well as insurance, taxes, estate and retirement planning, and investments. These topics of study allow CFP® professionals to enhance their client relationships and add value toward helping clients achieve their financial objectives.

Previously, Andy worked at Wachovia Securities, now Wells Fargo Advisors, where he worked with individuals, families and businesses to accomplish their financial goals. Throughout his career, he has advised, consulted, and established new retirement plans for companies and small businesses in a variety of industries. Andy joined RBC Wealth Management in 2012.
Andy and his wife, Keli, live in Denver’s Stapleton neighborhood with their daughter, Emma, and their son, Aidan. His passion for enriching the community in which he lives is demonstrated by Andy volunteering for the Board of Redline, an urban laboratory where arts, education and community converge. Additionally, Andy had the privilege and honor of coaching his alma mater’s high school baseball team at Kent Denver School.

Julian began his career in the investment business in 1997 at Legg Mason Wood Walker, Baltimore, Maryland, as a retail and institutional operations controller. He serviced clients in Philadelphia, New Jersey, and New York City. In 1999 Julian moved back to Denver, his hometown, to continue working with investments at Wedbush Morgan Securities where he focused on stock portfolios for individuals, families, and non-profits. He joined RBC Wealth Management in 2007.
As a fourth-generation Colorado native, Julian is passionate about his home state. He and his wife, Marguerite, have settled with their two sons, Reid and William, and Red, the family dog, in Denver’s Hilltop neighborhood. He feels fortunate to raise his family near the beauty of the Rocky Mountains where he enjoys fly fishing, skiing, hiking, and golf. Julian also volunteers his time at Swallow Hill Music.
Julian graduated from University of Colorado, Boulder, in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in economics and western American history. He earned his Accredited Wealth Management designation from Michigan State Graduate School of Business in 2010.

Melanie has been in the financial services industry for 37 years, 35 of which have been at RBC Wealth Management and its predecessors. She enjoys traveling, reading and gardening. Melanie is a fourth-generation native of Colorado and lives in her hometown of Golden.
