Lauri began her career in the securities industry in the operations area of the First Wisconsin bank trust department in 1986. She joined RBC Wealth Management in 1992 as part of a high performance team helping clients achieve their financial goals, and assumed leadership of the team in 2001. Since 2003, Lauri has received annual recognition as a member of RBC Wealth Management Chairman’s or President’s Councils, which honors employees for their outstanding production, as evidenced by performance and professional growth. Other honors include Lauri’s inclusion in the 2006 Barron’s Top 100 Women Financial Advisors in the U.S., and the 2009 and 2010 Barron’s Top 1000 Advisor list. In 2010 she was selected as the Edgewood College MBA Distinguished Alumnus, and in 2011 Lauri received The ATHENA Award from The Business Forum in recognition of her long-standing leadership in business.  In 2015 she was promoted to Branch Director of the RBC-WM Madison office.  In 2017 she was the national recipient out of 150 RBC offices nationwide to receive the award for Diversity in the Workplace.

Lauri graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Edgewood College. In 2001, she achieved the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification, after finishing the highly demanding and extensive curriculum. She holds her Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation and in 2011 she completed RBC’s Accredited Wealth Manager program.

Lauri is the past President of the RBC Women’s Association of Financial Advisors.  She is also a member of the Edgewood College Board of Trustees, and is past President of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Madison chapter. Lauri loves to golf, scuba dive, and ski.  She takes pride in being a member of the Devil’s Head Ski Patrol team since 1990, and serves as its Treasurer.

Beth joined RBC Wealth Management in 1997 and has assisted clients with their investments in a number of capacities throughout her career: wire operator, cashier, client associate and financial advisor. She joined the Droster Team in 2000 and has been a financial advisor and partner on the team since 2006.  Since 2014, Beth has received annual recognition as a member of RBC Wealth Management Director’s or President’s Councils, which honors employees for their outstanding production, as evidenced by performance and professional growth. In 2018 Beth is the recipient of the Forbes/SHOOK Next Gen Award. The 2018 Top Next-Generation Wealth Advisors list includes 1,000 young, talented advisors who represent the future of the wealth management industry. The country’s top next-gen advisors, born in 1980 or later, manage over $900 billion in client assets.

Beth graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance in 2002. In 2006, she achieved the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ after completing the highly demanding and extensive curriculum. In 2015, Beth also earned RBC Wealth Management’s internal designation of Advanced Wealth Manager (AWM). AWM certificate holders are dedicated to the highest level of professionalism and ethical standards, and, through the intensive requirements, gain a greater understanding of risk management techniques, as well as insurance, tax, estate, investments and retirement planning. This means that she can help you focus on the “big picture” and chart a course for your financial future.

Beth lives in Middleton with her husband, Andrew, and daughter, Beatrice. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, watching her daughter play soccer and running. Beth invests and volunteers extensively in the Madison community. She serves on the board of directors for Second Harvest Foodbank of Southern Wisconsin and Tri 4 Schools, a local nonprofit that provides programs to promote health, nutrition, fitness and aims to bring out the champion in every kid. She is also a member of the Friends of the Henry Vilas Zoo Auxiliary Board, comprised of local business and community leaders. She has previously served as board Chair of YWCA Madison and Kiwanis Club of Downtown Madison Foundation. 

Beth is also honored to be a board member for the Women’s Association of Financial Advisors (WAFA) at RBC Wealth Management. The mission of the WAFA is to recruit, retain, and enhance the productivity of women financial advisors and branch directors at RBC Wealth Management.

Andrea Paff, CIMA®

Andrea completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, her Master of Arts program at Michigan State University, and her Juris Doctorate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. She holds her Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®) designation signifying she has several years of industry experience and graduate-level study in the investment management field of study. Andrea completed the advanced training for her Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation in 2015.

Andrea began her career in the securities industry in 1992 providing wealth management and investment consulting services to individuals and businesses. She has managed portfolios for business owners, retirement plans, a bank trust department, and individuals seeking tax efficient and competitive risk-adjusted returns. Her background in estate planning and general business law prove invaluable in helping clients develop an efficient and competitive wealth accumulation and distribution plan. 

Andrea has lived in Madison for more than 30 years.  She shares her home with a well loved, 70-pound, red-headed Aussie.  She is a member of the Wisconsin Bar Association and the Investment Management Consultants Association. She enjoys travel, gardening, horseback riding as well as several outdoor recreational activities.

Justin graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2005 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, Investment and Banking.  He joined the Droster Team in 2003 and is focused on investments and client portfolio analysis.  He is on the Investment Committee for the Bethel Foundation in Madison.  He enjoys golfing, spending time with his growing family and is a big supporter of Wisconsin athletics.  Justin is a Madison-area native and currently lives in Middleton with his wife, Nicole, three daughters, Reese, Avery and Norah, and son Isaac.

Victoria Cagnon

Victoria is the team service associate. Her responsibilities include account documentation and all client service such as required distributions, check writing, inquiries on statements, and setting appointments. Victoria enjoys answering client questions and using her interactions with clients as an opportunity to learn more about them personally. Originally from Virginia, she attended college in her home state and continues her coursework in Madison. She has twenty years of experience in customer service, bookkeeping and accounting. In her free time, Victoria loves playing with her daughter, Sydney.

Alexandra Maas

Alex joined the Droster Team in 2017.  In her role, Alex is responsible for creating retirement projections for clients to help determine their goals and income needs.  She also prepares annual performance reports for clients, and assists with marketing and client service.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Personal Finance.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, attending UW-Madison events, and travelling.  Alex is a Madison-area native.
