Angela began her career in 2002 with First Union Securities, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors. She moved to RBC Wealth Management in 2019 along with Frank Vargas.
Angela worked as Frank’s assistant for 24 years handling the day-to-day administrative work before becoming a financial advisor in July 2026. She passed the Series 7 exam in October 2025 and the Series 66 exam in May 2026. She is registered in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia and Washington.
Angela grew up in Fresno, California, with her parents and sister. She was very active in sports, competing in two Junior Olympic cross country events and two Junior Olympic track and field events in middle school for the Fresno City Striders. She played basketball, volleyball and softball for Bullard High School and volleyball for the Fresno Volleyball Club.
Angela spends her free time with her husband, Gabe, and her son, Nathaniel. She has recently taken up crocheting and can’t wait to make a beanie in every color for her collection. She is an avid succulent and cacti collector and is currently building a new greenhouse to store her ever growing collection.
