Charu began her career in the financial services industry as an intern with Morgan Stanley in 2003 while she was a student at Penn State University. She earned her BBA from Penn State, majoring in marketing and management. She has passed the Series 7 and 66 securities license exams in addition to having the Texas Group I life/health insurance license. Charu joined RBC Wealth Management in 2020 where she has served many roles including Senior Registered Client Associate, Branch Service Manager, and most recently as Senior Investment Associate. She earned the Associate Planning Professional designation in May 2023. Charu believes the client experience should involve a differentiated level of service—one that allows her to anticipate client needs and address them proactively. She enjoys building long-lasting, trusting relationships with her clients. Originally from India, Charu and her parents migrated to the United States in 1990. Charu loves to travel and enjoys contemporary Indian music and dance.
