Amy’s career in the financial services industry spans more than 30 years. Her clients include individuals, families, foundations and corporate retirement plans. In addition to managing her investment practice, Amy also serves as the branch director in the Washington D.C. office of RBC Wealth Management. Her responsibilities include coaching and mentoring the financial advisors and client associates, as well as running the day-to-day activities of the branch.
In 2012 and again in 2016, Amy was recognized as a Top 100 Branch Director by On Wall Street magazine. She served on the Branch Director Advisory Council from 2012 thru 2014, and has received multiple leadership awards at RBC for Advisor Recruiting and Diversity in the Workplace. In 2016, Amy received the Gail Winslow award in recognition of her exemplary efforts in advancing women advisors. She is an RBC President’s Council member since 2014.
Amy is married with four children and is a Washington, D.C. native. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Holyoke College and holds the Series 7, 9, 10, 31, and 65 securities licenses, as well as life, health and variable annuities licenses. Amy is an eight-time marathon finisher and multiple half marathon finisher. She is on the board of directors of the Barker Adoption Foundation and consistently leads her branch in the many outstanding community service events the Washington, D.C. complex participates in with RBC.
