He leads the Howe Wealth Management Group, a practice that focuses on providing customized wealth planning for high-net-worth families. Clients come to value his financial advice that is infused with a unique mix of straightforwardness, warmth, informality and a sense of humor. His conviction is that understanding a client’s entire financial picture—including the interrelationships between all of the components—must be in place before effective financial advice can be given. This perspective is the foundation on which the team’s client service model is built.

With a mother and father who were both in education, Sean has a passion for educating his clients and continuing to learn. Sean received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Catholic University and began his career in Wealth Management in 2008. He went on to obtain his CFP® designation from Georgetown University and CEPA® credential from the Exit Planning Institute. Sean is an avid supporter of local businesses as well as many community and philanthropic organizations.

Sean is originally from the Hudson Valley in New York and enjoys an active lifestyle, including CrossFit, golf, hiking and spending time with his beloved family. He and his wife, Alisha, live in McLean with their son, Hudson, and daughters, Kaia and Shiloh.
