Bruce started his career in advertising before joining a closely-held family manufacturing business in Westchester County and spent 15 years there before selling the business. After the sale and a stint at Harvard Business School’s Owner President Management program, Bruce made the move to the wealth management industry, spending most of his career at Smith Barney. The more exclusive intimacy of RBC Wealth Management attracted Bruce’s attention and led to his recent move to their midtown Manhattan office in late 2017.
Bruce has over 20 years of experience in wealth management and is a designated discretionary portfolio manager in the RBC Focus program as well as a member of the Institutional Consulting Group. He has passed Series 7, 63, 65 and 31 exams and holds his life, annuity and long term care credentials.
In addition to his Harvard Business School degree, Bruce earned his Bachelor of Arts from Brown University in Educational Psychology. He lives in Manhattan with his wife Laura, an interior design consultant and not far from their daughter Phoebe, a digital marketing search consultant and another Brooklyn transplant.
