As a financial advisor and a long-time member of RBC Wealth Management’s prestigious Chairman’s Council Jim holds the honorary title of managing director. He was recently named a 2019 Forbes/SHOOK Best-In-State Wealth Advisor as well was a 2019 Financial Times Top 400 Financial Advisor. In 2017, he was named a Financial Times Top 400 Financial Advisor.

Jim began his career in financial services in 1984 as a bond broker and has been with RBC Wealth Management since 2000. In addition to a very strong expertise in fixed income, he has broadened his focus to a more comprehensive wealth management approach, including investment management, retirement planning, insurance, credit and lending, trust and estate planning, and asset protection. As one of the top financial advisors at RBC Wealth Management, based on assets under management, Jim is a member of the elite Private Wealth division. Private Wealth is an ensemble of integrated solutions designed to expand the opportunities and help simplify the lives of affluent investors. To address the complex issues facing these investors, your relationship with Jim is extended and an additional resource is introduced: a Private Wealth team. The experienced specialists on your dedicated Private Wealth team work alongside Jim to help you and your family proactively plan for the future. Jim has passed the Series 7, 8, 63, 65 exams and holds his Health and Life Insurance licenses. 

Jim is a graduate of the State University of New York. He resides in New York City with his wife, Jackie. They have two grown children, Andrew and Kelly. He is very involved with several non-profit organizations that benefit children and the arts as well as The American Cancer Society. Jim is an avid tennis player, cyclist and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

A financial advisor since 1992, Ed DiConza is a member of RBC Wealth Management's elite Chairman's Council. Ed consults a large cross section of investors, with clients ranging from private investors to corporations and hedge funds. He holds the Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.

Previously, Ed was a senior vice president at both Prudential Securities and Wachovia Securities. In 2003, he joined RBC Wealth Management at the New York City flagship office, located in Midtown Manhattan. 

Ed is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business with a bachelor's degree in finance. He serves on the board of directors of an educational scholarship fund and is a long-time supporter of the Nassau County Police Reserves. As a participant in the Villanova School of Business Mentorship Program for undergraduate students, he shares his industry knowledge and experience as he works one-on-one with students interested in pursuing a career in finance. In 2016, Partners for Women and Justice, an anti-domestic violence organization, honored Ed and the team with the Partners in Hope Award. Ed is an avid traveler, golfer, and wine enthusiast, and he resides in Westport, Connecticut with his wife and two daughters.

Jason began his career in the financial services industry in 2002 at CIBC Oppenheimer managing assets for hedge funds, public and private companies, and high net worth individuals and families. In 2003, he joined RBC Wealth Management, providing corporate and executive services to domestic and international clients. Jason has extensive knowledge and experience managing complex employee benefit programs for Fortune 500 companies as well as creating investment, retirement and estate planning solutions for high net worth individuals and families. 

A graduate of Bucknell University, Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration degree in business management and attended IES London where he studied international business. He has received a certificate in financial planning from Boston University's Institute of Finance and has received his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. He holds the Series 7, 63 and 66 registrations and New York and New Jersey State insurance licenses. He has also completed Level 1 of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam. 

Jason resides in Woodbury, New York with his wife, son, and daughter.

Kacey Bennett

Kacey takes a bespoke approach to wealth management, providing advisory services to a wide range of investors. For individuals and families, she focuses on comprehensive wealth planning and constructing efficient, well-diversified portfolios. For corporations, she creates custom investment solutions and manages employee benefit plans, 403(b) plans, and 401(k) plans. In addition to passing the Series 7 and Series 66 securities exams, Kacey is also a licensed life and health insurance broker. Kacey graduated with distinction from The University of North Carolina. She resides in Columbus Circle with her husband, Sean, and two dogs, Lola and Lily.

Alexandra Cavallaro, CFP®

Alexandra has been a registered representative since 2010. Prior to joining the Midtown Manhattan office, she was part of the top west coast team, based on assets under management, in RBC Wealth Management's Beverly Hills, California office. She holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Born and raised in Washington, D.C., Alexandra graduated from Georgetown University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. She recently moved from Los Angeles to New York and married her college sweetheart in August 2014. She currently lives in Manhattan with her husband and two cats. In her spare time she enjoys running half marathons, reading fiction, and volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society's kitten nursery. 

Emily Kamen

Emily started in the industry in 2015 as an intern for RBC Correspondent and Advisor Services at the home office in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After graduating from Hofstra University with a Bachelors of Science in business economics, she started working full-time with our team. She holds the Series 7 and 66 licenses.

Emily was raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania before moving to Manhattan to begin her career in finance. In her spare time, Emily enjoying practicing yoga, spending time with friends and family, reading, and watching Green Bay Packers football.


Joseph Ennis

Complex Operations Manager


Joe is a recent graduate from Montclair State University and began working with the team in August of 2016. Prior to working in the Midtown New York branch, Joe was an intern at RBC Wealth Management's Florham Park branch in New Jersey, and also interned for a semester with Merrill Lynch. He holds his Series 7 and 66 licenses.
Joe lives in Bloomfield, New Jersey and enjoys watching sports in his free time.
