Brian Clement

Managing Director - Financial Advisor, Senior Portfolio Manager - Portfolio Focus

A native of Naples, Maine, Brian learned about business at an early age, running a lawn mowing business with his brothers in high school and college to pay for tuition (all three brothers paid their own way). A 1990 graduate of Colby College, he joined Tucker Anthony, now RBC Wealth Management, in April of 1991. His success is demonstrated by his membership in the firm’s Chairman’s Council (top 150 advisors in the firm) for the past 20 years. Brian was recognized as a Barron's Top 1200 Advisor in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.

Brian lives in Cumberland Foreside, Maine, with his wife, Carolyn, and has three daughters, Allie, Sarah and Camille. Outside of his work commitments, Brian can be found attending EastPoint Church, fishing for striped bass, growing oysters and hauling his lobster traps with Carolyn. He is also a founder of the Maine Firecrackers girls travel basketball program, one of the most successful girls basketball programs in New England.

As a financial advisor, Allie works tirelessly to help clients achieve their financial goals. She has had the good fortune to learn from her father, Brian Clement, who has over 31 years of experience in the industry. Allie began her financial services career with RBC Wealth Management, doing summer internships in 2017 and 2018. She graduated from Marist College with a double major in business administration and psychology with cum laude honors in 2018. She continued her studies and earned a master’s degree in financial management in 2019, also from Marist. The next stop on her journey was in the venture capital world, where she spent three years working for Alumni Ventures in Boston as a senior investor relations manager. Allie returned to Maine in August 2022 to join Clement Investment Group. She passed the Series 7, 63 and 65 exams and holds health and life insurance licenses.

Allie grew up in Falmouth, Maine, with her two younger sisters. She attended Catherine McAuley High School, where she was on the basketball team that won four state championships, and she was named Gatorade Player of the Year in 2013 and 2014. In her spare time, she enjoys visiting with family and friends, working out, traveling, boating and being with her beloved dog—a yellow lab named Stanley.

Margaret Haskell

A University of Maine graduate and Maine native, Margaret joined Tucker Anthony, now RBC Wealth Management, in May 1992 and has more than 30 years of experience, most of it working with Brian Clement. Living in Portland with her beloved dogs, Margaret spends much of her free time volunteering with Almost Home Rescue of New England, an all-breed nonprofit dog rescue, where she serves on the board. Helping homeless and abandoned dogs find loving homes has become a fulfilling and rewarding mission. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.

Anna Falconieri

A Portland native with over 25 years of experience in the investment business, Anna is a reliable, proficient, experienced, and important member of the team. Anna and her husband (Joe) live in South Portland with their dog (Loretta) and spend as much time as possible at their camp in West Gardiner. She has volunteered for many years at the Preble St. Resource Center and also spends a lot of time with her two adult sons, Joseph and Anthony.
