Growing up, Jason learned a number of important investment basics by running various businesses. Many of the business and investment lessons learned at a young age have transferred into his financial practice.
Qualifications
Jason began his career in this industry in 1996 after graduating from Morningside College with a double major in finance and economics. While at Morningside, he was a standout basketball player and credits many of the qualities he learned as an athlete to “carry over” in his ability to serve clients. Jason has volunteered his time teaching investment classes, and has been a frequent media contributor to NBC, CBS, and FOX television stations in the Kansas City area. He has been a featured speaker on investment topics within many schools and organizations throughout the Midwest. Jason is currently serving the Dakota Valley High School as the boys’ varsity basketball coach, in addition to volunteering to many charitable causes.
