As the RBC Wealth Management Complex Director in Texas, my primary responsibility is to ensure our clients have access to all of the resources RBC Wealth Management offers through the highest quality Financial Advisors and support. I recruit, retain, manage and mentor Financial Advisors and support staff to deliver world class financial advice and customer service to our clients.
I have been honored as RBC Wealth Management’s Complex Director of the Year in 2007, 2011, 2014, 2015, and 2016 as well as earning the Recruiting & Onboarding Award in 2015, 2016, and 2017 for helping our new recruits bring over 101% of their assets within their first year. Under my leadership, the Texas Complex has been presented with the 2008, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 Outstanding Complex Award, given to the top complex on their performance in areas of profitability, net revenue growth, net income, as well as other areas that determine complex excellence. I was also recognized as one of OnWallStreet’s Top 10 Leading Branch Managers in 2017.

I believe in giving back to the community. I enjoy volunteering and serving on the Executive Board of SMU’s Meadows School of The Arts. I have previously served as Chairman at TACA (The Arts Community Alliance), board member of Shelton School in Dallas, and the New York Military Academy.
