Qualifications
Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, David worked for UBS Financial Services, Inc. from 2007–2016 and Fidelity Investments from 1997–2007. He has passed the Series 7, 63 and 66 securities exams, and specializes in retirement planning and retirement distributions. David graduated from the University of Houston – Downtown with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in general business.
Personal
David was born in Seoul, Korea, and moved to the Pacific Northwest as a child. He moved to Houston, Texas, in 1985 and lived there as a young adult. After college, David moved to Dallas to work in the financial industry and met his wife, Teresa. They currently reside in Plano and have two daughters, Ryan and Addison, in college. He enjoys traveling, golfing, and spending time with the family exploring new restaurants.
