Last month I spoke at the MA Conference for Women with 11,000 attendees and in a room that fit about 2,000 people! I often get asked, "Isn't it terrifying speaking in front of that many people?" The honest answer? YES. My heart was racing, knees were shaking... and here's the truth: even after presenting to 400+ audiences and doing live television, it still doesn't get any easier. The butterflies (err more like knots) never fully go away. But I do it anyway. Why? Because financial literacy isn't just "don't go into debt." It's about giving yourself freedom, options, and - sometimes - literally saving lives. Bad financial situations trap people in dangerous relationships, toxic jobs, or endless stress. Small tweaks today can compound into a completely different life tomorrow. It was such an honor to share the stage with the brilliant Vivian Tu and hear powerful keynotes from icons Martha Stewart and Mel Robbins. Their message? The same as mine: Do the thing that scares you.. because it matters. If you're still putting off that money conversation, that investment decision, or that big career move - let this be your sign. Feel the fear, and do it anyway. Your future self will thank you. Who else is ready to level up their money game in 2026? Drop a line in the comments if you're in! #financialfreedom #moneymindset #dothetoughthing
This is the season of giving. Every year at this time, our team comes together to give back by collecting food donations for a local pantry ahead of the holidays. It's a tradition rooted in gratitude and a reminder that small actions can have a big impact when we work together. Happy Holidays everyone! How are you giving back this holiday season? #SeasonofGiving #HappyHolidays #TeamWorkMakestheDreamWork
