Marguerite “Margy” Kramer Kircher has had a successful career in the financial services industry, focusing on generational family investing. At RBC Wealth Management, Margy offers a comprehensive approach to wealth management, catering to individual clients, families, foundations and small business owners. Her financial strategies include asset management, retirement planning, education funding planning, insurance solutions and estate planning services.
Before joining RBC Wealth Management, Margy worked with Janney Montgomery Scott LLC and spent 31 years at Wellington Shields & Co., where she held various roles such as branch office manager, general securities principal and registered options and security futures principal. She also served as a former equity member of Wellington Shields Holdings LLC.
Margy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in biology and chemistry from Sweet Briar College, where she was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. She, along with her husband, Steve, and their two children, resides in Massapequa, New York. Margy has been actively involved in volunteer work, including her long-term commitment to St. Rose of Lima Catholic School and its supporting parish. Additionally, she serves on the executive committee of Tomorrow’s Hope Foundation II, an organization that has provided more than $30 million in scholarships to approximately 24,000 Long Island-based Catholic school students since its inception in 2005. Her commitment to education includes serving on the Investment Committee of Kellenberg Memorial High School, a Marianist school on Long Island, as well as serving on the Dean’s Advisory Board at Long Island University (LIU) Post College of Management.
