Professional:
I began my career in the financial services industry in 1987 at E. F. Hutton- Smith Barney. I joined RBC Wealth Management in 1997 as a Financial Advisor and began leading the Galbraith Investment Group at RBC in 2006. I have passed the Series 7, 63, 65, 9, and 10 FINRA exams, along with life, accident, health, HMO, long-term care and variable product annuity insurance licenses for Texas, Georgia, and Louisiana. I have successfully completed the PlanSponsor Retirement Professional Certification and RBC Wealth Management’s internal designation of Accredited Wealth Manager (AWM). I have been selected as an RBC Wealth Management Senior Portfolio Manager – Portfolio Focus Group, a designation reserved for financial advisors who have achieved a high level of success in building discretionary portfolio management businesses and the RBC Senior Consulting Group. I was honored to have received the Director’s Council and President’s Council designations from RBC Wealth Management during my tenure and in 2023 was the recipient of the Gail Winslow Award which recognizes a woman who demonstrates exemplary effort to help attract, support and retain women as clients and Financial Advisors. I joined the RBC Wealth Management Women’s Association of Financial Advisors in 1997, serving on the board from 2009 - 2015 where I was appointed to hold multiple leadership roles.
Personal:
I currently reside in both Midland and Granbury, Texas with my husband, Mike and our energetic Biewer Terrier, Bella. I enjoy spending time with my family at our Granbury lake house and am active locally in Midland. My community involvement includes volunteer and committee work with Leadership Midland, United Way, Midland Symphony Guild, Camp Fire Boys & Girls, Diabetes Foundation, Safe Place, Centers for Children and their Families, High Sky Children’s Ranch, Septemberfest, and the Permian Basin Food Bank. Within my community, I have also empowered women through my service as Past President to the Uptown Midland Business and Professional Women’s Organization and facilitated financial planning and legacy planning seminars at local churches.
