With over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, Stacia Apostolos is a dedicated Institutional Investment Advisor specializing in managing retirement plans for businesses and nonprofit organizations. Her deep knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) positions her as a trusted resource for navigating the complexities of employer sponsored plans, helping provide compliance guidance while optimizing plan design for better participant outcomes.
Stacia is passionate about educating corporate and nonprofit executives and committees, believing that informed decision-making is key to fostering positive retirement outcomes. She is committed to providing plan participants with not only thoughtfully designed retirement plans that enhance their changes for a successful retirement but also the education they need for a secure and sound financial life.
Her academic background includes a Bachelor of Science from St. Catherine University and a Master’s degree in Financial Planning from California Lutheran University. Further demonstrating her commitment to fiduciary responsibility, she holds an Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation through Fi360 and the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFATM) designation.
As an active member of the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Women in Pension Network, Stacia stays at the forefront of best practices in the industry.
When she is not championing retirement planning, Stacia enjoys riding dressage at the barn, training her dog for fieldwork alongside her husband, traveling abroad, and discovering new ways to connect with nature. Her dedication to both her professional and personal life reflects a holistic approach to living well and planning for the future.
Natalie Miller, CFP®
Senior Vice President - Financial Advisor
Natalie joined GEN Group in 2017 and has been in the financial services industry for more than 17 years. She spends her day with private clients, associations and nonprofit clients. She is passionate about spreading financial wellness and literacy to all individual and institutional clients.
Natalie helps her clients to not just realize their goals, but to understand what is truly possible. This means going beyond numbers, percentage points or dollar signs and knowing her clients intimately and being empathetic to their unique situations. She helps her clients maximize their potential by navigating them through the ever-changing economic landscape and delivers tailored planning and investment solutions.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and American politics from the University of Virginia in 2004.
Natalie holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER designation, passed the Series 7, 66 exams and holds state life and health insurance licenses.
Nicole Aguinaldo, CPFA®, CRPS®
Investment Associate
Nicole started her career shortly after graduating in May 2016 and joined GEN Group in 2019. Nicole works closely with both sides of the business— private wealth clients and plan sponsors. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the GEN Group while getting to know clients in forming effective solutions to their concerns. Nicole is the go-to person for onboarding clients and making their transition as smooth and efficient as possible.
She also works hand-in-hand with Mike and Natalie to provide exceptional service to retirement plan sponsors. Nicole assists Mike with the plans’ quarterly reviews and supports Natalie with the educational program for the plan participants.
Nicole earned her Bachelor’s degree in applied economics from Virginia Tech with a concentration in financial planning.
She holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist® designation and is working toward obtaining the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation.
