About our team

Rizza was the Branch Service Manager of the Reno office for 3 years.  Her background includes over 15 years in employee management with experience in business development, branch operations including FDIC/FINRA audit preparation, sales, lending, accounts payable, expenses reconciliation, and over 20 years of customer service.

She joined RBC in 2016 from Nevada State Bank where she received numerous awards including the 2010 Best in the West award.  A prestigious award against over 800 employees for customer service, sales and branch audit excellence.

She is responsible for maintaining and building strong relationships with clients as well as operational support for her team.

She has an Associate degree in Business with undergraduate studies from the University of Reno Nevada.  She has passed the Series 7 and 66 as well as is a licensed notary.

Rizza enjoys traveling, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family.
