Prior to entering the financial services industry, he held the position of Head of U.S. Tax at PwC in Switzerland, where he developed innovative tax strategies, specializing in recharacterizing income and reducing tax exposure. His skills extend to planning complex cross-border gift and estate tax strategies. With a background at Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch before joining RBC Wealth Management, Arch had the privilege of collaborating with some of the industry’s leading professionals.
His educational foundation includes a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a graduate degree from Columbia University. In addition, Arch proudly served as an Army combat veteran in multiple foreign theaters.
Working primarily with family offices, entrepreneurs and senior executives, he focuses on key areas, such as succession planning, preserving generational wealth, optimizing outcomes for exits and navigating equity-based compensation.
Beyond his professional commitments, He is actively engaged in his community, supporting organizations such as the Red Cross and the VFW. Arch is dedicated to empowering youth through financial literacy, coaching as a lecturer at Columbia University’s pre-college program. His goal is to bring an informed perspective to guide people toward financial success.
