Lauren brings extensive experience in product knowledge, operations, and compliance to our team. As an an integral part of Tania’s service commitment to our clients, Lauren’s core focus is on providing an attentive, high level of service while managing the day-to-day operations that support our clients and our team.
After spending much of her life exploring different countries, Lauren moved back to her hometown of Phoenix, AZ and set out to find a career where she can do what she loves: build relationships and help people in any capacity she can. She joined our team at RBC in 2014 and has over more than thirteen years of experience in the financial services industry. In her position as a Senior Registered Client Associate, Lauren’s primary role on our team is equivalent to being Tania’s Director of Operations and Business Development. She understands that this business goes far beyond just market watching and takes great pride in being reliable and available for all business needs. Her knowledge and dedication to our clients is unparalleled.
Lauren lives in Peoria with her husband, two young children, their pup, and twin cats. She enjoys weekends with her family and going to San Diego for vacation.
