Graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design from Arizona State University in 1986, Terri’s strength in the visual arts has been a driving force in her success as a financial advisor. Her ability to present complex financial concepts in an easy to understand manner has provided not only a blueprint for successful planning, but adds considerable value in cultivating confidence in the investment strategies and financial planning she creates. As the financial industry has shifted into a relationship-driven business with financial planning at its core, the importance of wealth planning has become an integral part of the financial puzzle. Terri achieved the esteemed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification in 2006 and has passed both the Series 7 and Series 63 licensing exams. During Terri’s three-decades-long career, which started at Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith, she has garnered satisfaction in the relationships she’s built, knowing that her long-term wealth planning approach to investing has helped her clients build a robust financial future.
In addition to her work as an advisor, Terri is passionate about helping others in all aspects of life. She has volunteered in programs that assist low-income seniors and women in San Francisco and has taken active roles fundraising for local schools. She enjoys educating young and underserved people on the basics of financial literacy.
Terri and her husband, Rick, live with their pets in Novato, California. They enjoy international travel and have spent time in Europe, the UK, Portugal, Russia, Turkey, Peru and most recently enjoyed a safari in Kenya. They have a son, Cody, who is a student in Santa Barbara.
