Erica began her financial services career in 2012 and joined RBC Wealth Management as a senior client associate in 2023. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in nutrition from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York. She is well-versed in the finance industry, having held positions from member service representative and loan sales expert to consumer loan underwriting manager. She is also a licensed notary public. Erica gains satisfaction from helping clients solve problems. Client service provides a dynamic environment where she can leverage her active listening, adaptability and problem-solving skills to meet clients’ ever-changing needs. Erica’s goals are to embody empathy, trustworthiness and respect in every client interaction.
Erica is a Capital Region native. She grew up in Cohoes, New York, and now resides in Albany, New York, with her husband and two Siberian cats. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, discovering new restaurants and practicing yoga. Erica is presently working toward extending her financial education through finance courses.
