Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Chad served in the United States Air Force for more than 21 years. As an F-16 pilot, he flew in OPERATION Northern Watch, OPERATION Iraqi Freedom, and OPERATION Enduring Freedom, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. Since joining RBC Wealth Management, Chad has completed the rigorous Associate Financial Advisor training program and passed the SIE, Series 7 and 66 exams, Chad also holds insurance licenses for life, accident, health and annuities.
He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in operations research. Born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa, serving in the Air Force allowed Chad and his family to live all over the world. Upon his retirement, Chad decided to return to Iowa and join the Lewis Wealth Management Group at RBC in 2019. He looks forward to his second career, serving you, his clients.
Chad currently lives in Urbandale with his wife, Kelly, and their daughter, Riley. In his free time, he enjoys training Air Force pilots and operators, and golfing with family and friends.
