Tom graduated from Cathedral Prep and earned his bachelor’s degree from the Penn State–Smeal College of Business. Like Mark, he earned his Retirement Income Certified Professional® designation from the American College of Financial Services following successful completion of advanced studies. Tom’s background provides a foundation of knowledge to help clients manage their assets and control their risk.
