Qualifications
I started my financial service career in 1987 with Fidelity Investments followed by 14 years in senior management for a publicly traded company. For the past 19 years, I have worked as a financial advisor to individuals, business owners and wealthy families designing investment strategies surrounding sophisticated asset allocation, planning around business transactions, multigenerational wealth transfer and mitigating risk in single stock positions. I have been involved in the sale of over 25 companies totaling over $1.5B helping entrepreneurs efficiently plan around the sale through estate, tax and future equity investment.
I am a graduate of Southern Methodist University and hold a certificate of financial planning completion also from SMU after completing a 2 year program. RBC has recognized me as a member of the firm's Director's Council and President's Council as well as a senior member of the Investment Advisory Council.
